Researchers Tomor Qela has introduced some of the findings from the public opinion measure for the October 17th local elections. According to him, there are seven municipalities that will go to the runoff, among them potentially Gjakova. Pristina, Mitrovica, Podujevo, Gjilan, Suhareka, Prizren, Gjakova will be the municipalities to go to the runoff, according to research.
