Berisha is in the quota of 49.54 per cent of the vote, or 2604 votes.
Second place is Enver Bajcincca of Vetevendosje by 27.04 percent, Periscope follows.
Some 170 votes are less than Ternava's 22.03 percent best.
Hasan Ismajli does not have over 73 votes and seems unlikely to run a run-off. /Periscope
