Fire strikes back in Mleqan, villagers lose patience with the state

There were six heads of cows at this stable until last midnight, but four were stolen.

The owner, Fadil Shala, relates how he noticed the theft.

The village's representative, Faik Zogaj, doubts someone about the latest theft until he told of past thefts.

“A month ago, he stole a car and 10 euros in cash, and 20 other families were worried. They took a car back in the arm overnight, they couldn't get the car all over, but they took it away from the catalyst that costs 500 euros... then with the villagers we worked together, they found cars in Mitrovica, the thief was found on it. And, despite seeking assistance from relevant institutions, he adds that it was not yet offered to residents.
