And, VV militants who have been desperate with their party's results, have declared their candidate in the Shtime, Qemajl Ali “Grand Reformer”, saying that “will win firmly during the second round of local elections”, Periskopi follows.
VV didn't have any other municipality where it had a good outcome except Shtime.
They are in a run-off in 12 municipalities, but have lost about 280 thousand votes in proportion to the February 14th elections.
