The operation has been conducted by Kosovo Police, respectively, the Directorate for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption, with the cases arresting defendant R. J, due to suspicion of having committed criminal work “Fide” by Article 331 paragraph 3 concerning Article 31 of KPRK, and criminal work money laundering from Article 302 of KPRC, about Article 56 paragraph 1 and 2 of Law No. 03 L-96 to prevent money laundering and terrorism financing.
Also, at the order of this prosecution by Kosovo Police, the person with the H.D. initials has also been arrested, due to suspicion of having committed criminal work by Article 331 paragraph 3 concerning KPRC's Article 31.
The two persons arrested have been sent to maintenance, as well as in quality of material evidence have been seized three hundredths (,130) euros, two (2) phones, as well as forty (40) dollars”, the prosecution reports away.
