In the news made to the media, police are said to have until November 26th 2021 to provide information concerning their authorisations and capacities regarding the possible provisional release of Hysni Gucatt and Nasim Haradinaj
Kosovo's “Police provide information concerning the possible provisional release of Gucati and Haradinaj. The Court II ordered Kosovo police to provide information, among other things, regarding its authorisations and capacities regarding the possible provisional release of Hysni Gucatt and Nasim Haradinaj”, reportedly on the release of the Specialised Chambers page.
Otherwise, Haradinaj's Gucati is accused of criminal acts against justice administration, namely obstructing official persons in performing official duties, fearing witnesses, revenge and violating the secret of the procedure.
They were arrested on September 25th, 2020.
