The specialised prosecutor said today Berisha would be asked about some texts that were published in the medium where he worked during that time.
Berisha, before beginning the testimony, said he was forced to appear there in witness quality and previously stressed that he is not happy to be there.
I just wanted to say that I'm not so happy to be here today to witness to you. This will not prevent the fact that I will only tell the truth”, Berisha said yesterday at the beginning of the testimony.
Anyway, I'm here because you owe me. But otherwise, I'm not very happy to be here”, he added.

At the end of September last year, the two leaders of the KLA's OVL, Chairman Hysni Gucati and deputy chairman of this organisation, Nasim Haradinaj, were arrested at the orders of the Special Court. They are accused and being tried for obstruction in the administration of justice, fear of witnesses, revenge and violation of the secret of the procedure.
