They have been in custody since September last year, when they were also arrested under suspicion of obstructing justice after publishing some files of the Specialised Prosecutor's Office that they went to headquarters, the news reports.

The Special Prosecutor is saying the trial against them will be brief. It gives this statement to the parliaments for continuing detention of Haradinaj's Gucat.

The specialised prosecutor says the ban on Haradinaj's Gucat should continue.

Nothing indicates that detention so far is unreasonable. This trial is expected to be brief, such as the further ban will not be necessary to resolve charges against the accused. There has not been an unwarranted delay, and the rights of the accused have been fully respected. So the ban remains proportional”, the Special Prosecutor's Office said in the lobby.

Currently, the trial at The Hague, in addition to Hysni Gucati's Nasim Haradinaj, has also started towards Salih Mustaf.

Also pending are KLA leaders Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi.

The trial has already not even started with Peter Shala.
