Spahiu: If I win in 2007, not only Mitrovica but all of Kosovo would be different

Necmetdin Spahiu, who in the 2007 local elections was competing for Mitrovica chairman, has recalled the moment of the results of those elections, where he said for three votes he failed to enter the runoff, as Bajram Rexhepi and Sadri Ferati did so.

Spahiu was competing again in 2009, but since this time, he said that de facto won the race, but that he denied a commissioner at a polling station.
