Fadil Nura of the PDK has won the race without a run-off in the Skyeraj municipality on 17 October.
He secured 57.99 per cent of the vote in front of Bekim Jashar with 40.64 per cent.
Candidate of The PDK has received even the most votes from Kosovo exiles.
According to the CEC, Nura has received 87 votes, while Bekim Jashari 26. Sokol Halili from the IQS, meanwhile, has no vote.
