Vuciq said he considered the “very important the opening of a Bosnian Serb dialogue, to talk about each other with more respect, to look after each other and to see what mutual interests are”.
He said on 23 October he will meet with Bosnia and Herzegovina's tripartite presidency member Milorad Dodik and in the following weeks with Party of Democratic Action Chairman Bakir Izetbegovic. This is the Bosniak's largest party.
The Republika Srpska National Assembly in Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted on Wednesday a law on medical products and equipment. Under the law, the Agency will be the independent administrative subx0 body, and will have the status of a judicial entity”.
The creation of such an agency is not in line with the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which has emerged from the Dayton Agreement.
The American Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina said in a statement to Radio Free Europe that the United States is willing to use all sanctions at their disposal, against those who hurt or facilitate the minimation of the Dayton Peace Agreement”.
Asked about possible US sanctions, Vuciq said he is always against.
“History has shown that no one has solved any problems through sanctions. Talking is the best method to solve problems”, he said, transmits the REL.
The American Embassy has said possible US measures are not substitute for the responsibility that all Bosnia and Herzegovina leaders have to reject destabilizing actions, and instead work through institutions to improve functionality.
As a state, Bosnia and Herzegovina consists of two entities formed after the 1992-95 war by the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, inhabited mainly by Muslims and Croats, and by Republika Srpska, inhabited mainly by Bosnian Serbs.
This country's constitution stems from the Dayton Peace Accord, which ended the war. It prohibits any of the country's two entities from creating an agency that undermines the work of federal bodies.
