A decision was made at this meeting to complete-changing 15th point of September 24th decision on general and specific measures against COVID-19.
Under today's decision, traffic restrictions will not apply to persons officially engaged in organising and managing the election process from October 22: 00 p.m. to October 16, 2021 until 05:00, October 18, 2021. These include members of the decision-making council and observers of the election process. This decision has been made in order to enable you to carry out the official task.
