Francois Verov [Branchois Verova], 59, took action in question at a rented apartment in southern France this week after being called by police for an interview, the Guardian reports.
The State Attorney confirmed that after his death the DNA was his.
French media reported that he had left a note saying he had not been in good condition when he committed the crimes.
Didier Seba, the lawyer for a family of victims, stated: “We were convinced he was a police official, edeh from the violence he used against the victims, but also by the techniques. ”
