Klan Kosova has provided photographs of what this mitter looks like, who has already spread to border points.
We remember that during yesterday the barricades were removed at the two border points between Kosovo and Serbia in Jarinje and Brnjak.
As of September 20th, these two border points had been blocked by local Serbs, following the Government of Kosovo's decision to measure reciprocity for license plates from Serbia.
Under the decision, Serbia's census vehicles should remove these plates at the entrance of Kosovo, and receive temporary license plates during the movement in Kosovo.
However, delegations of the two European Union-brokered states have reached agreement on September 30th on the issue of the northern plates and unblocking, under which barricades and special Kosovo Police Units were removed from October 2nd, where KFOR troops were deployed, Klankosova reports.tv.
The point two of this agreement envisions since 4 October -- 8:00 -- the infectious card regime (the discovery of state symbols) comes into force, in accordance with the framework of the dialogue assisted by the EU and will be applied as a temporary measure until a permanent measure is established.
So will the coverage of Kosovo's symbols appear, and the same is true vice versa.
