Serbian candidate in northern Mitrovica appears at polling centre with sticker in the mouth

So far the largest citizens' participation has been marked in northern Mitrovica.

“Initiative Leader Srpski Opstanak”, Dusan Milunovic, has been photographed at one of the polling stations there, but his presentation has attracted attention.

He appeared with sticker placed in his mouth.

Milunovic is a candidate for municipal counsel in the northern Mitrovica municipality.

We stress that by 11 o'clock, voter turnout across Kosovo is 8.2%.
