Selimit could be asked to return to Kosovo, that's why

Rexhep Selimi, former chief of staff The KLA, which is located in The Hague, has a court process left to half in Kosovo. To RTV Dukagjini has claimed that he and several other people are charged that in November 2015 they had prevented police from arresting Albin Kurti, who is already prime minister of Kosovo.

A court hearing on this charge has failed to launch during the past week.
And that could enable Selim to return to Kosovo.

Special Court in an Answer to RTV Dukagjin has said he will respond to Kosovo in accordance with the law.

While, the Pristina Constitutional Court has not indicated whether they have applied to bring Selim into the judicial process.

On the other hand, Tahir Recaj says there is no reason why Selim cannot be allowed such a trial in Kosovo.

I believe that Selim will be allowed back to Kosovo for such a trial. Just needs to be asked for it. Perhaps an accusation should be filed so that the request is more reliable. There is no reason why Selimi would not be brought to Kosovo” declared for RTV Dukagjin, Tahir Raret.
The same sentiments are held by attorney Artan Qerkeyni, who says the Special has to bring Selim to Kosovo.

You know that in Kosovo no judgment is allowed in absence. Therefore, the Special is obliged to bring Mr. Selimi to Kosovo, since even the Special is the local court on legal terms” said Krkin.
