Sefa has shown that he has never been involved in politics and has not supported any political party even during his musical career has not sung at any political party rally.
Through a writing on '%Facebook', he has asked all citizens of the Mitrovica municipality to come out and change by voting this humiliation that Mitrovica is experiencing now and for so long.
Sefa has said that by their vote, people can even punish those who knowingly or not humiliate the country. So he begged them not to quench their love for Mitrovica.
His full post:
Everyone who knows me knows I've never been in politics in my life and I haven't supported any political party, if even during my musical career I haven't sang at any political party rally.
I grew up in Mitrovica and everyone knows that I'm a great localist and that my friends everywhere know me and accepted me as such. I always try to make Mitrovica see as best I can because I love him with all my heart. I've been trying my whole life and I keep making my modest contribution to this city because as I said I love it with my soul.
Today, for the first time I'm begging all Mitrovica wherever you are, even you who are currently not living in Mitrovica and who can vote in this city, come out and change with your vote. THE town has been experiencing it for as long as it takes. I believe that we are the ones who can stop the humiliation of becoming our beloved city without any distinction of party color.
By their vote, people may even punish those who knowingly or not despise the country as they have always been punished.
Today, you have an option to do this and I beg you to contribute to a little bit of hope to the city with which many generations have boasted before us, such as developing, cultural, or artistic.
Please don't cancel the love we have for MITVICA
