Runoff: Arben Vitita shows whether he is feeling disappointed with the result

VV candidate Arben Vitita has said that democracy won above today.

„We don't know yet, it's our teams working on the ground, these results are being processed. A small portion of the results have yet to reach“, Vitita said, conveys Periscope.

Until the results come out of the CEC we wait, Vitia said
