Recica talks about possible PDK coalitions: February 14th has been a political accident

The candidates of the Democratic Party of Kosovo that have remained in the run-off through the municipalities will make coalitions with partners they consider to be closest. So said Online Economy, MP PDK, Elmi Recica.
