LDK candidate for Pristina chairman Progress Rama has unveiled details of his programme for the capital.
The one in Rubikon of Kosovo's Klan said his plan is divided into three parts; Practical Pristina, clean Pristina and Pristina experience.
” Fusheta was fantastic, it was a pleasure to meet the people of Pristina in every corner of Pristina, both urban and rural areas, is a good energy, a positive energy. I have managed to hear the citizen's problem, also in the dimension of the city, I have managed to adopt it and develop platforms that fit concrete solutions to the Pristina problem”.
”Tre the points of my programme are very important points for Pristina, because we have concrete, practical problems of the citizen of Pristina, which we've developed and which we deal with, we have problems in terms of cleanliness and greenery and what affects the standard of life, that is, experience. Then and Pristina's experience, which is connected to the possibility that Pristina will be created in a city of unique character in the world, to have different festivals, sports, different resolutions, so to put Pristina on world maps for experience and tourists, but also for the citizens of Pristina”, Rama said.
Rama said one of the points of his plan for the capital is the construction of a green platform that connects the neighbourhood to the Youth Palace, this project according to Rama, unless it enables the 30,000 residents of this neighbourhood to have much easier access to the city center, creates space for underground parking lots and the construction of a concertal hall, all involved in the plan.
The project in Arberia district is a standard or normal project, but it solves a major Arberia neighborhood problem. We have a population of about 30,000 people who have no direct access to the center, so to cross from Arberia to the center, it must be passed by an unregulated slide above the railway, then four lanes to get to the center. Imagine this is a big challenge for the citizen, for the young, or when you take into consideration the parent with the colastic child, or you cannot take into account those with limited abilities. So this solves a major problem in the city of Pristina, but it also creates new options and possibilities”.
