Quinn said that Skenderbet will remain there because it is the citizens' request. Far away, however, he said it is a controversial issue.

“Skenderbe's governor remains there, it's citizens' request. But, it is an issue to be debated with citizens and experts”, Quinn has indicated.

Prizren's September was discussed because of the appearance different from what we are used to seeing. It was discovered 10 months ago.

Prizren Mayor Mytaher Haskuka, who is missing in the debate, welcomed Skenderbeu in bronze to the historic city, as he said, of Ymer Prizren and Adam Jashar.

“Skenderbeu and Prizren's Albanian League unite in the historic capital of Adem Jashar. Today, we are joined by dates, historical figures, and their goals, which were blocked and broken by international conferences, but the will and effort of the people ever died. We have many problems and ways to go, but as Skenderbeu teaches us only when we are together we can overcome and follow Skenderbe, the Frasher Brothers and Ymer Prizren. Happy Flag Day, congratulations Skenderbeu in Prizren”
