According to the media communiqué, this was done after co-ordinating with the Chief State Prosecutor's Office and his request for review of the case.
“PP.n.68/12 for criminal work “Dunimi”, from Article 193, paragraph 2, of KPK, chief prosecutor of this prosecutor, Agim Kurmeaj, after co-ordinating with the Chief State Prosecutor's Office and his request, for the review of this case, immediately pre-procedural action has been taken on finding disciplinary violations or any other evental violation by the host of this subject<3>, the municipality reported.
According to the communiqué after completing all procedures and findings by the competent authority, the law on disciplinary responsibility of judges and prosecutors will be passed.
