In our programme, we have concrete projects in education, health, culture and infrastructure. We have seven schools in the education programme that are in store for our programme, the first three schools are built within two years and the other four schools within the next two years, so within four years we have seven schools that we will build” Rama said in Rubikon, in Kosovo.
In addition to schools, Rama said that if she receives the mandate for Pristina, she will also build the family medical centre in the neighbourhood, Matti 1.
And we also have a family medical center at Matti 1 that we're missing to build, we have a program and a hospital in the city, which is providing secondary service because it's missing Pristina, we have the QKUK which is at the Kosovo level and we make the connection with these emergency services, because emergency is not connected because there is no hospital. ”
Speaking to the Pristina regional hospital, Rama in Rubikko in Klan Kosova, said the location of this hospital will be located after analyzing what is the most suitable location for the construction of this hospital.
The “Planettes have been in place since 2012, since the hospital had a location in Lunar, but it was nine years ago, it has to analyze Pristina's development, today after nine years, and where it's the best spot for the city's hospital location today, and this is done in the nine-month period of analysis of the entire city and we find the point. The municipality has land on every side just needs to be professionally, analytically, so I can't say it's going to be here because it has to be perfectly, professionally analysed by experts where it should be and it's going to be, and we have this in the project, we have it in the program and it's going to be made”, Rama said.
LDK candidate for head of Pristina Progress Rama said that in his programme for the capital, he did not presuppose the construction of new nests, but instead the subsidy of parents with 70 euros to send children to private shelters.
Our children's education starts from a pre-school point of view, we have a lack of nesting, and parents complain there's no nursery, only eight of us have public and eight others in community liaisons, but we also have over 100 private nests, so we have a large number of nests, we don't lack them, the problem is the lack of parental funds to pay a private nursery so we can pay 50 euros that we pay in public nursery, but 120 euros costs at the private nursery”
“We in our programme have a parent's subvention by 70 euros where the parent automatically empowers. It must now be found somewhere familiar to send the child to the public nursery, while with us it will have the power to choose for over 100 nests”, Rama said.
Rama said municipalities managed nests are not well managed.
The subx0> Public destinations are managed by the municipality, but are not well managed, the standard begins here and goes down because it is managed by municipal level”.
And also in terms of our children's education service, we're stimulating an entire market where we're creating competition that affects and in public services to raise the level and standard because the parent now has the chance to choose the best for his child and the services of private and public day, and we have to compete to get our child, so to provide better service, this is how we stimulate the private business that right now has to take on the right centre with the private business, create a lot of private job, but also make it easier and easier to get the plan that makes it, Rama.
