LDK candidate for head of the capital, Progress Rama, has presented the project for the neighbourhood “Ulpiana”. This huge project will give a magnificent view of one of the capital's oldest neighbourhoods.
The entire project presented by Rama, ahead of residents of the “Ulipana”, will be finalised within its first term as Pristina chairman.
It includes large investments in improving the lives of the community and improving its appearance.
