He has managed to keep top favourite Arben Year within the runoff limit by taking the municipality to the runoff.
According to polls, Vitia is conducted around 43 to 44 percent until Rama, 26 to 27 percent, records Periscope.
According to the Klan K poll, the vote in Pristina for the Democratic League on February 14th has succeeded in multiplying with the selection of Rama's candidacy.
The growing party with Progress Rama turns out to have been over 60 per cent, which is also a great credit to LDK chairman Mr. Lumir Abdixhiku.
Rama was thought to be unable to reach the runoff either, the first because Vitita would collect more than 50 per cent of the vote and the second because it would be third in the election.
But neither proved to be true.
