A public enterprise worker pays 769 euros, where in 2012 he paid 561 euros - 208 euros more.
A very important Indicator is the gross and net salary according to economic activities in Kosovo. The average gross salary in 2020, according to the highest economic activities, was the supply of electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioned 956 euros, then information and communication at 697 euros, while the lowest salary was in accommodation and food services at 218 euros.
The average net wage for this year, however, was energy, gas, steam and air conditioning salaries at 842 euros, then information and communication at 616 euros, as the lowest salary was at accommodation and food services activities at 200 euros.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic that had included Kosovo and measures undertaken by the Government, which resulted in closure and reduced private sector activity, the ASK says there is a decline in the average salary, both gross and net.
“After that in the private sector, we have the highest number of employees in relation to the total number of employees in the country, which has affected the decline of the average salary as well as net in the entire territory of the Republic of Kosovo”, the AK concludes.
Private sector data does not include additions to the monthly salary, because they are included in the annual declaration as circulation. As the public sector sees a more significant increase in gross and net wage compared to the previous years, which has come because of the benefit of additions in specific sectors. /Telegraph
