At the initial session held Thursday at the Constitutional Court in Prizren, the Suhareka branch, following reading the indictment by prosecutor Ramadan Koro, the accused has pleaded guilty.
I plead guilty to the charge that is placed on me because the injured has been harassed for some time, I apologize, and I promise to the court and the injured that I will not repeat criminal work”, A stated. A, reports “Justice Trust”.
The same has demanded that the guilty plea be taken as a relief circumstance.
On the other hand, defender of the defendant, Ibadete Ibadate Xhafa-Kuch, has asked the court to invite the expert who has made the expertise and found out that her defense needs to undergo a psychotherapeutic, psycho-educative process, and to clarify what treatment is being discussed. Then, the lawyer said that all circumstances, including admitting guilt, should be taken into account.
The guilty's plea was not rejected by prosecutor Koro, and was previously approved by Judge Ramadan Bajraktari.
At the next session, which was scheduled for November 8, 2021, at 09 a.m., expert Arife Vesela will be invited.
According to the Constitutional Prosecution Act in Prizren, the defendant A/A from December 2018 and consistently until August 5, 2020, in various countries has harassed its former professor.
In fact, in the indictment, the defendant is said to have even visited the injured, demanding love from him.
The charge is said to have prevented the defendant from getting hurt in the way, trying to embrace him despite opposition from the injured.
With these actions, the defendant A.A., the B.B., causes great emotional distress. Hence, by these actions, it is accused of committing criminal work “by bribing” by Article 182 paragraph 1 of the Penal Code, where the penalty is brought to fine or prison for up to three years.
