The presidency does not show the cost of expenses at the Lama Evening Meal

The Lama Dinner was organised last night by Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani. There were numerous reactions to this arrangement for disrespecting measures against pandemic.

Some even said that this dinner was held at the time of the rise in the prices of essential products in the country.

The presidency has provided details from this organisation, but hidden has kept the cost of spending.

President Bekim Kupina's adviser said that some 100 people attended this dinner and that there were no violations of the rules against David-19.

Lama's dinner is an institutional-state dinner where local products are promoted, so it is held as such. About 100 guests attended. The hall where dinner is held is dedicated to 800 people for convention occasions and 500 for other arrangements. As a result, there has been no violation of the pandemic rules”.

In addition, Cupina said all participants have been vaccinated.

There is no need for permission from the M.S. Emergency Operations Centre, because it wasn't congress or conference, but a traditional dinner. So, a protocol activity with the participation of accredited embassies in Kosovo, local producers, as well as personalities from the health, art, culture, science, innovation and representatives of Krusha's women.

Participants had only 15 percent of the entire area. The distance between the tables has been about six feet [2 m]. Participants have been vaccinated”.
