Pregnant Teacher Arrested for Sex With 15 - Year - Old Student

Hayry Calvin, 41, was released on parole Saturday, two days after her arrest, writes Dailymail.

She is accused of having had sexual relations with the 15-year-old boy last year and earlier this year, after approaching him at John I. Smith K-8 in Miami.

She allegedly sent photo explosives through whatsapp, and he reportedly showed their children other videos having sex, which prompted a police investigation.

Police say Calvin also gave the boy one of her credit cards and that the couple attended parties together, but told other guests that they were between their aunts and grandchildren, Kankosova broadcasts.tv.

Whether Calvin is married or she has a teenage child is unknown. She discovered her condition to the police after being put in prison last week, according to CBS Miami.

“A child does not have the legal authority to give consent, even though the child may say “this is okay”. The responsibility is over adults”, said Rey Valdes, a spokesman for the Doral Police Department. Florida's grace age is 18.

There are still no details of when the teacher returns to court.
