The Podujevo has turned the score. After counting over 95 per cent of the vote, LDK's Ekrem Hyseni has emerged first.
According to CEC results, Hyseni has received 44.27 per cent of the vote, until Vetevendosje's Speed 44.06 per cent.
This municipality is expected to go to the runoff, though all votes have still been counted.
