Plotping of Criminal Review to Minister Artane Rizvanolli

Kosovo Government Economy Minister Artane Rizvanolli will soon face the court with Arsim Kuliqi, chief executive of the Kosovo Agency for Energy Efficiency.

Against it has been initiated criminal tingling from Kuliqi after coming to the head of the ministry, Rizvanoll had initiated disciplinary procedures against Kulic to the State Council for Education and Discipline.

The former chief executive of the Kosovo Agency for Energy Efficiency has been pronounced diplomatic measures “halting promotion, including growth in the payment scale for a five-year period”.

The newspaper Infocus has secured a criminal record where the same is reportedly unable to exercise its function as chief executive of the Agency for Energy Efficiency.

To this action, Arsim Kuliqi has made a criminal complaint to Economy Minister Artane Rizvanolli and Minister Salih Hoxha with criminal work “The use of official position or authority”, and “Cenim of rights in labour relations”.

Arsim Kuliqi has confirmed himself for the Infokus Journal that she has been criminalising against the minister of economics in the Government of Kosovo.

But according to him, she is not the only one who will face justice.

Kuliqi will also prosecute Minister Salih Hoxha's adviser.

“Yes, it's true I've made a criminal complaint against the minister, Artane Rizvanolli, even to Minister Salih Hoxha”'s adviser, Kuliqi told Infocus.
