According to Kosovo Police spokesman in Prizren Shaban Osmanollaj, the event took place at the “Matti Logorec” school, most precisely at the 2009/A deployment.
The man according to the police has been detained and police investigators are being taken into custody.
In Kosovo today, local elections are under way, in which the heads of 38 municipalities and members of 38 municipal municipalities will be elected.
These are the seventh elections for municipal assemblies and fifth for mayors.
