The Democratic Party of Kosovo is aiming to restore power to the municipality of Kline.

If this coalition is established, the former chairman of Kline for several mandates says more optimistic opportunities would be created to restore PDK power to the municipality of Kline.
According to him, the establishment of partnerships at this stage will have a major impact on the runoff.
Citizens of Kline on November 14th will decide between the AAK's Zenun Elezaj and PDK's Esat Raci for mayor.
The current chairman of Kline has received 43% of the vote, while Racci of PDK's 27.60%.
