At the new plenary session, there will be parliamentary debate about the government's actions on energy diversification alternatives, and especially the Gas Project with the MCC.
In turn is the unfinished spot from the plenary session held on July 22nd and July 28, 2021, for voting the Commission's recommendations for Public Finance Oversight on Horticulture's annual financial mirrors auditing report for 2020.
Also discussed will be the unfinished points from the plenary hearing, held on 16, 19, 21, 28 July and 6 August 2021 for the draft vote on the ratification of the international investment agreement amendment with the European Bank (BEI), for financing the project for rehabilitation of the railway line 10.
Also, the bill for ratification of the co-operation agreement between AugustI and the Austrian Development Agency for implementation of the “Hulum project and the sciences applied in higher education + (HERAS+).
As well as the vote by the Commission for Agriculture's application for changing the appointment of this commission, as well as the unfinished spot from the plenary session held on October 19, 2021, for voting the annual Kosovo Council for Cultural Heritage report for 2020.
MPs will also consider for the first time a series of bills, such as the one for changing and completing the Law on Official Holidays, the Bill for International Law on Private Law, the Bill for Change and Fulfilling of the Law on Precusted and Confiscated Property, the Bill on the Topography of Half-Sisters.
And for the first time, there is the Bill on Change and Fulfilling of the Law on Humanity, reviewing the Proposal for the appointment of the General Auditor's salary, reviewing the annual annual report of the KPM for 2020 ZERE report, reviewing the annual Report Against Corruption.
MPs will also review the annual 2020 Kosovo Budget auditing report, the appointment of the chairman and four members of the Procuration Organising Board, the appointment of members of the National Council of Science, and the proposal of two judges to the Constitutional Court.
