“Otoniel”, Colombian drug boss will be extradited to US

Dairo Antonio Kisuga, known as Otoniel, was detained after a joint military operation, air force and police on Saturday.

He led the largest criminal gang in the country and has been on the American Drug Enforcement Agency's list for years.

American officials had placed a $5 million reward for his head, reports BBC.

He is accused of importing at least 73 tonnes of cocaine into the country between 2003 and 2014.
