Kosovo risks losing a 55m-euro investment in the Podujevo municipality, after the mayor of the municipality, Speed Bulqi and Urbanism director Bujar Hasani are not giving the green light for the permission of this factory, which is expected to employ over 300 workers.
In this regard, Bulqi's refusal has also interviewed the German inventory itself from the company “Soilcos”, Siengried Hohmann, who has asked Prime Minister Albin Kurti to influence the officials of the Podujevo municipality to start the work.
In a letter provided by Insander newspaper, the German inventory begs Prime Minister Kurti to clarify the situation about the factory's construction permit, which is expected to employ over 300 workers, stressing that this was promised by the mayor of the Podujevo municipality, Speed Bulliqi.
Prime Minister Kurti, I would ask your help to clarify the situation about building permits. We do not want to take legal action, as our lawyers have proposed, but we want to co-operate with the local authorities, as the project is for all hisedars in the area and in the state” He wrote.

This German businessman's letter has been found in Prime Minister Kurti's deaf ears, as nothing has been done in clarifying the situation, with the Podujevo municipality refusing to give permission for this capital investment.
We remember that in March of this year, Speed Bulqi met with company representative “Soilcos” from Germany, Jurgen Stainmuler, who promised full support to this project in administrative terms and in providing infrastructure conditions.
A few weeks later, Bulliqi erased this meeting from his Facebook page as he kept his word after permission of the waste recycling plant was refused by the Urbanism Directorate in Podujevo.
Bekim Zejnullahu, representative of the German company “Soilcos” from Germany calls for Chief Prime Minister Kurti to press the chairman of Bulqi, who, according to him, is violating the law because he is failing to implement the decision of the Environment Ministry, which gives the company the right to build the factory.
“I urge the Government of Kosovo to take measures, to give us permission in the fastest possible way that we do not lose the project so it does not come to what Kosovo Government pays the damage” He stated in an interview for Gazeta Inseder as he asked Kurt to put pressure on President Bulqi and Director Bujar Hasani.
