Numbered diaspora vote for Fushe Kosovo, that's the result

Votes coming from the diaspora for Kosovo's Fushe municipality have prompted the LDK candidate and current mayor of this municipality, Burim Berisha, to remain a string on 50% of the vote. The result of these votes dimned him into winning another term in leadership of the municipality since the first round [...]
The majority of 80 votes from the diaspora for the Fushe Kosovo municipality went to VV candidate Enver Bajcinca.
This overshadowed the possibility of Burim Berisha of the LDK winning without a run-off. He, without including diaspora votes, lacked only 14 votes to avoid the next round of the race. While with diaspora votes, Berisha was added to over 60 votes needed for the victory.
Of the more than 9 thousand and 610 votes approved by the mail-income ballots, 80 were for the municipality of Fushe-Kosovo.
From the count of fair votes by the Central Election Commission, LDK candidate Burim Berisha received 49.96% of the vote, compared to 25,33% of them, to VV candidate Enver Bajcinca.
This gap between the two most voted counter-Candids has been reduced following the diaspora vote count.
The LDK in the first round of the 17 October elections has won without a run-off in two municipalities (Pej and Lipjan), while LV has failed to win in either of the municipalities without a run-off.
