The former president, who was blocked by Facebook and Twitter earlier this year, says his goal is to rival technology companies that have denied the megaphone, which was the key to his establishment.
The former White House head has appointed two people trusted to run the newest company created, but who are they?
Patrick Francis Orlando is chief executive of the SPAC (a specially meant shopping company) that helped former President Donald Trump publicize his media and technology company and is also the chief of finance of a mysterious firm with offices in Wuhan.
The 49-year-old, runs two SPACs, also known as white control companies, aimed at making private companies public through union and acquisitions.
One is Digital World Acquisition Corp (DWAC), where Orlando is the chief executive who rocked Wall Street earlier this week when she announced her union with Trump Media and Technology Group, increasing shares by nearly 1,000 percent.
Meanwhile, the chief of finance DWAC is a member of Brazil Congress and a self-declared prince who wants to restore the monarchy known as Luiz Philippe de Orleans and Braganca.
Before becoming an informal monarch in Latin America, Philippe took the master from the university “Stanford<1> and worked at an investment bank in New York.
Philippe has indicated that, like President Trump, he believes in fair and balanced bilateral trade, investing in defence and maintaining strong limits”.
