Police reports have revealed that the suspect has been arrested on the <x0...Terring Smajli” road in Pristina.
On the date of 22.08.2020, in the village of Necoc in Glogoci, the case had occurred. In connection with the case, three suspected persons involved were arrested at the time. The fourth suspect, I.S., has been on the run since that day. The subject has been sent to the prosecutor with criminal charges against suspects, while from the Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Randa Crime Department, has been issued. Police have announced that in the apartment where the suspect was living have been found and seized a pistol with a clip and three bullets.
Suspect has been sent to the holding for 48 hours.
“Today, at 06.10,2021, around 09:30, on the street led by Pristina by police investigators has been arrested suspect I.S., in the apartment he was living in. Suspects at the apartment have been found with a pistol with a three-packed magazine. The same was interviewed in the presence of the defence attorney on official duty, and with a decision on the ban by the prosecutor of the case has been sent to the detention centre for 48 hours”, police have announced.
50-year-old Qamil Demiri was left dead after being shot.
The Shaban Syla's family (condemned for the “Blaca 2”) and the Demiri family were involved.
After the murder, the four suspects had escaped, while after a few days, three of them turned themselves in to the police.
The fourth person who was arrested by police was also on the run.
