Following the State Treasury's decision to block all payments from the Mitrovica municipality, due to the debt, municipal directors are failing to make any bills.

An official announcement has been addressed to all schools that are required not to make any bill and not to enter the commitment because there are no means, and no bills are provided, writes Go ahead.

“Based on the Order of the Kosovo Treasury to colleagues of the Directorate of Finance, to cut off regular payments, we as the Ministry for the Board and Finance of the Education Directorate require of you, so that from today you don't make realisations of any fate, and at the same time not to enter into obligations because there will be no guarantees of the means because the SIMFK system is shut down, and therefore no bills will be issued at the office number 10<1>, this request.

Otherwise, the state Treasury has blocked all Mitrovica municipality spending and paying due to the 1.3m euros worth of debt.
