The municipalities don't agree with a curfew and wear a mask on the street

AKK Director Sahan Ibrahimi has stated that at the last meeting with Minister of Health Dafia Geja-Bunjak's duty, municipalities have sought to completely remove the restriction of freedom of movement, as well as masks when a person is alone on the road.
But these AKK requests have not been approved by the Ministry of Health.
“We've wanted to remove the restriction of freedom of movement as well as the wearing of a mask in outer environment when a person is alone on the street. It is irrational that a mask is kept in an external environment when a person is alone on the street. This is also true of the immune”, stated Abraham.
Ibrahim said they have sent the Geja-Bunjak a list of states where there is no restriction of movement, and citizens are obliged to wear the mask only in closed areas.
“We have compiled a list of states where there are no police hours and no masks in the outside. In Albania, masks are kept only in closed environments, no police hours. In Bulgaria, masks are duty only to staff locals in closed environments, there are no police hours, there never was. In Croatia, masks are binding only on closed environments, there are never, and there has never been a police hour. In Serbia, masks in closed environments alone, there are no police hours. The same is true in Montenegro, northern Macedonia, Moldova, Slovenia. In Romania at the moment, masks are not binding and there is no police hour”, Ibrahimi stated.
The Kosovo government on Saturday, October 23rd, has adopted new anti-Condivus measures.
With the new measures, gastronomy bars are allowed to work until 11: 00 p.m., while citizens are free to move from 05 a.m. to 00 a.m.
