In late September, 119 people were killed in clashes between rival gangs linked to drug trafficking and Mexican cartels. Some of those arrested were destroyed or burned alive, while dozens of others were injured, reports the TCH.
The “The bodies of those arrested who were found dead yesterday were found in a place used for marriage visits”, writes the country's punishment service (SNAI) in a Twitter post, without providing further details.
