According to the AugustA report, the learning process in pre-university education institutions of all levels will be conducted with regular and physical presence.
But that the Government decision says learning will be carried out with physical presence, provided groups over 50 people are accommodated in no more than 50% of space.

Based on the Government decision of the Republic of Kosovo No. 0141 of October 23rd, 2021, section (VF), provisions 16-23 (https:// prime minister.rks-gov.net/.../Meditative-Meditionary Decisions...), Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation announces that from October 25th 2021, in all educational-educated institutions of pre-university education, institutions of higher education, dietary centres, institutions and institutions offering non-al education apply to the following measures for control, prevention, prevention and labour of CODVI.
The learning process in pre-school and daily institutions continues smoothly.
The educational-education process in pre-university education institutions of all levels, as well as in day-to-day centres, is conducted with regular and physical presence, under support, monitoring and active supervision by the Task Municipal Forces and Institute.
The learning process in public and private institutions of higher education, as well as in the training and informal education institutions, is conducted with physical presence on the condition that groups over 50 people be accommodated in no more than 50% of space.
Access to objects of public and private educational institutions of all levels is only allowed for the staff holding one of the following evidence: (a) the vaccine certificate for full vaccine (with two doses) against COVID-19; (b) TR-PCR negative test for COVID-19, no older than 72 hours; (c) Evidence that the person has passed COVID-19 (test RT- Positive PCR released no less than 21 days and no more than 180 days or positive results of the serological antibodies test ) IgG, released mostly 30 days ago; (d) the rapid negative antigen test no older than 48 hours. The same evidence should be accessed by students to higher education and boarding institutions.
The highest employee of each institution is obliged to appoint one or more responsible persons who will control possession of any of the supposed evidence at the preliminary point.
All public and private institutions of all educational levels were denied organisation of extra-school activities, such as field trips, group walks, different school staff parties, or students.
The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation remains committed to the full normalisation of the education process at all levels of the education system and invites all parties to respect measures for control, prevention and combating COVID-19 pandemic.
