Miftarian: Sending special seals to the north without international consent, wrong government decision Kurti

Referring to Kosovo's recent Special Unit action in the north, Ehat Miftaraj from the Institute for Justice, claims it has been the wrong decision of Kurti Government, sending the special forces without international consent, which, according to him, is now clouding the decision of reciprocity. I believe that maybe what Kosovo has [...]
I believe that perhaps what Kosovo has learned from all of this is to face real policy, which is what Kosovo has had the right to law with the appointment of reciprocity in accordance with the Brussels Agreement, and would be effective with international support. From what we have now seen is that there has been reconciliation, but the decision to send special forces without consent, in a very way this victory of Kosovo fades with the fact that today, we have special forces and we have barricades. In this direction there will be a solution to a Brussels solution, but what's more important is that our government should take its course of dialogue in Brussels, it should not be judged how many percent has a political party in Kosovo, but the same have to be designed and co-ordinated by our partners so that the decisions when made don't come back”
Miftaraj, has considered it a moment of fate for Kosovo -- the visit of the Russian ambassador to the Serbian forces -- what he said caused to have reaction from the US and the EU, with sending KFOR troops to that part.
“I believe that the fate of the R.K. has been the visit of the Russian ambassador by inspecting Serbian forces at the border with Kosovo, and when they are dealing with it exceeds Kosovo-Serbia problems, I believe the US and the EU do not accept it as a fact that Russia through Serbia attacks Kosovo, in this respect. On the day KFOR started patrolling in the north, the solution to the problem has begun, I'm sure it will give a choice. Kosovo will be forced to withdraw special forces from the ground, and KFOR-I will clear the ground, and I think reciprocity will remain in force until another agreement on both states” said Miftaraj for the documentary Expose.
