“Sun will be born again”, Lushtaku wrote on the photograph, not explaining what he has warned with this picture.
We remember that the Special Court has ordered the Kosovo Police to announce whether it can ensure the provisional release of those indicted in The Hague.
The trial of the preliminary procedure requires police to provide information about the authority and ability of the Kosovo police to limit the freedom of movement of individuals who are subject to parole, monitor and limit the communication of these individuals, to conduct house arrest management and implementation of conditions related to provisional release, and previous implementation cases that conditions concerning provisional release or the detention of persons charged with grave crimes”.
