Bahtiri has written on Facebook about resolving the problem of stray dogs in the municipality of Mitrovica. Among other things, he has mentioned the support received from the Swiss organization Stray Coco, which is focused on the problem of wandering dogs.

Mitrovica's chairman has said this organisation will co-finance the project to treat stray dogs, but this has not liked the president of the organisation.
