Gjilan has thus turned into one of the closest and most controversial races in Kosovo.
Haziri has a slight advantage of 43 votes in proportion to Alban Hysen of Vetevendosje.
The first one has won 16 thousand and 177 votes, until Alban Hyseni has 16 thousand and 134 votes, Periscope is followed.
This means that Haziri has 44.22 percent, while Alban Hyseni has 44.10 percent.
According to all odds, this race will go to the runoff.
