Voter rights have 1 824 864 citizens, while 10,653 potential voters have sought to vote from their homes because of the inability to move or the place where they suffer prison sentences.
In northern Macedonia for the first time, it will be voted into “fingerprint” -- that is, fingerprints identification tools while a large number of computer engineers are engaged to maintain the network and the system during the day it is voted on.
The second round of voting will be held two weeks after today's vote -- October 31st, meanwhile, many municipalities are expected to need a vote in the second district, especially on the western side of the state.
