License deal, Gorani: Very close to the 2016 agreement

Analyst Dukagjin Gorani has analysed the agreement reached in Brussels that ended the blockade at two border points -- Jarinje and Brnjak. He says the agreement is almost the same as that of 2016, but that he is now considered harmful because the government chairman is Albin Kurti. Goran has commented [...]
Goran made his comments on the T7 Pressing show.
That phenomenon that I'm most concerned about is a phenomenon that I didn't think our society would hold us back. That's how long the social spirit is such that it doesn't matter to him what's going on even when it's happening. It's important to him who's in the pen, Goran says.
The decisions being made are not being viewed for the content but are being looked for by the author. If the author has political credibility that decision is acceptable, if the author does not have credibility the decision is fallible”, he added.
The signed agreement is on the continuation of the dialogue and is on the continuation of the agreements that were made earlier. This agreement if not the same is too close to the 2016 agreement. But the 2016 agreement is considered harmful because of authors. The same agreement today is considered useful because of authors”, Gorani said.
Dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia on normalisation of relations started in 2011 at the technical level, while in 2012 it moved to a higher level of political level.
About 30 agreements have been reached so far, but many do not apply on the ground.
