France has said it would prevent British ships from landing if the license dispute is not resolved by Tuesday.
George Eustice said the language used by French officials was “inciting”, the BBC reports, translates Periscopi.
He said he was freezing the case with the European Commission, while the French ambassador has been summoned for questioning.
A British fishing boat had been confiscated by France and another had received a fine for landing in Le Havre.
France has declared that they have not had permission, while Britain has said they have had permission. /Periscope
